This position provides support for the Department of Energy FIMS and CAIS database, and facility space management database, Workspace. Job Duties: * Assist with annual walkthroughs and perform annual asset management services to maintain data as it changes or is created. * Provide FIMS and AAIM annual standard and adhoc reports as requested. * Work with SMEs on data validation for each data element and gather all required source documentation. * Provide support for Workspace, including but not limited to: monitoring Workspace support email box, manage Workspace move requests, manage Space, Move, and Space Reservation modules. * Update and maintain the accuracy of the graphic floor plans in Workspace.
- Follow all ESH&Q policies and procedures to ensure and maintain a safe working environment.

Required Skills/Knowledge: * Department of Energy FIMS and CAIS databases * IWMS / CAFM database administration (FM:Systems, Archibus, Tririga, etc.) * Complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in the field. General knowledge of other related disciplines. * Considerable knowledge of laws, regulations, principles, procedures, and practices related to specific field. * Strong leadership, project management and problem-solving skills. * Ability to use various computer software programs. * Excellent oral and written communicator with diverse staff (engineering, maintenance, research staff, support staff, center directors, office directors, executive management, and DOE) Qualifications: Education/Experience - Relevant Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, and 5 or more years of experience or equivalent relevant education/experience. Licenses & Certifications - Registration as a licensed architect or similar relevant certifications desired. Clearance - Must be able to obtain site security access. Other - Must pass background, reference, and drug screen.
