POSITION The Client Advisor Associate is part of a dedicated Insurance Business Development, Relationship Management and Solutions team with ultimate responsibility for building out, growing, and supporting all activities associated with ensuring Allspring Global Investments remains a leader in the Insurance Asset Management space. The Allspring Insurance Client Solutions Team offers customized and comprehensive investment solutions for all types of insurance companies - life, health, property and casualty, global reinsurers, captives and risk retention group. The Team is responsible for providing a broad range of solutions - utilizing the comprehensive fixed income and equities investment capabilities of Allspring for the client's general account, retirement and liquidity assets. This investment expertise helps to meet the unique needs of insurers of all sizes across North America and Bermuda. RESPONSIBILITIES

Base Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000 Salary Range for NYC candidates only.Actual based may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
