The Youth Ministry Lead will also be responsible for leading devotions for the various Kroc Center sports teams as well as leading prayer at Kroc League games. He or she will also be tasked with creating other avenues to bring the "mission" into after-school and evening Kroc activities, and alongside personal invitations, coming up with attractive ways to bring un-churched members into the church.
