Senior Manager, Learning & Development

Leadership team member owning overall strategy for knowledge management, learning and documentation:



  • Sets curriculum and KM objectives and coordinates with Documentation and Instructional Design Lead to establish and maintain ongoing strategies
  • Manages multiple projects simultaneously by schedule, budget, resources, scope, and deliverables ensuring high quality design
  • Regular reviews with training staff, Operations and Client and on time and delivery expectations/specifications
  • Responsible for quality assurance against established training and documentation standards
  • Provides overall team oversight and manages compliance with standards, acts as program manager and interfaces with project managers as appropriate
  • Identifies and tracks key success metrics for learning
  • Hands-on experience with training needs analysis, ability to work cross functionally to identify communications and training needs and level of current competencies
  • Must have knowledge of adult learning principles and theories
  • BA/BS instructional technology, technical training or related field and 10+ years hands-on experience in training specialist role, with 4+ years' team or repeated project leadership experience. ATD or other certification a plus but not required.
