Leadership team member owning overall strategy for knowledge management, learning and documentation: Sets curriculum and KM objectives and coordinates with Documentation and Instructional Design Lead to establish and maintain ongoing strategies Manages multiple projects simultaneously by schedule, budget, resources, scope, and deliverables ensuring high quality design Regular reviews with training staff, Operations and Client and on time and delivery expectations/specifications Responsible for quality assurance against established training and documentation standards Provides overall team oversight and manages compliance with standards, acts as program manager and interfaces with project managers as appropriate Identifies and tracks key success metrics for learning Hands-on experience with training needs analysis, ability to work cross functionally to identify communications and training needs and level of current competencies Must have knowledge of adult learning principles and theories BA/BS instructional technology, technical training or related field and 10+ years hands-on experience in training specialist role, with 4+ years' team or repeated project leadership experience. ATD or other certification a plus but not required.
