InSeptember 2022, Spero announced an exclusive license agreement with GSK for worldwide rights of tebipenem HBr, except for Japan and certain Asian countries.
We believe that our novel product candidates will have a meaningful impact on patient health and significant commercial applications for treating MDR infections in hospitals and community settings. Overview This position will support the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role serves as the eyes and ears for their executives, connecting organizations, projects, and critical business information, ensuring meetings and materials are complete and accurate, and serving as a trusted partner to deliver against business priorities. This role will also support the administrative team by handling a wide range of activities (internal and external Company events/activities). The successful candidate has a positive can-do attitude, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to contribute to an office environment that supports our culture of engagement. This position requires a very high level of organization and the ability to collaborate, focus and multitask that will support all colleagues who thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position also requires excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and the ability to engage with everyone in the company, guests/visitors, and third-party partner providers. This position is based in our Cambridge office and requires 3 days on-site per week, and additional flexibility for specific meetings and events. What you'll do
Provide high-level administrative support to the CHRO and COO, including managing complex and changing calendars, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and preparing/submitting expense reports.
