Job DescriptionJob Summary The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System Specialist plays a key role in supporting the recruitment and enrollment strategies of the Admissions Office, specifically by supporting the daily functions of the Slate CRM tool within the Admission Office. This role will serve as a Slate generalist with specific responsibility for functionality around Reader, Queries & Reports, and Events. In addition, this role will be assigned a small application reading territory in order to support the application reading process. Take appropriate actions to support a diverse workforce and participate in the College's efforts to create a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming work environment. Essential Functions Admission CRM System Functionality (50%)

Application Reading (10%) Read applications and evaluate the admissibility of candidates for admission to the college. Other Functions General (10%)

Minimum Qualifications (knowledge, skills, education, experience, certifications, licenses) Bachelor's Degree required. Solid understanding of technology including familiarity with databases such as CRM software, Google Workspace/Microsoft Office and remote work tools such as Zoom. Resourceful at problem-solving, analytical thinking and troubleshooting. Ability to multi-task and work to a deadline. Ability to work independently and with superb attention to detail. Team player with positive attitude. Ability to handle confidential information with respect and discretion. Experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with admissions CRM Slate by Technolotions. Experience working in admission or a similar fast pace work environment. Skills Demonstrated organizational and time management skills including the ability to prioritize multiple, concurrent tasks with demanding timelines. Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to meet frequent deadlines.
