This position is located in our Dublin, VA site.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Associate degree in electronic technology required or equivalent 3 years' experience in field of electronics and electronic diagnostics.

2. Be able to read, speak, and understand English.

3. Be able to work and communicate well with others.

4. Be able to work with minimal or no supervision.

5. Be able to perform basic math calculations.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organized, and strong attention to detail.

7. Highly motivated, with an ability to work independently, self- starter.

8. Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information.

9. Team player with a solid work ethic and consistent follow-through.10. Availability and willingness to work select evenings and some weekends as/if needed during Fireworks Peak Seasons, typically Mid May to Mid July and October to December but not limited to.

11. Problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and devise solutions.

12. Observational skills to notice potential problems during service checks.

13. Skills in interpreting diagrams and schematics helpful.

14. Written communication skills to keep accurate, easy-to-understand reports.

15. Ability to operate tools such as multimeters, soldering stations, precision screwdrivers, rotary tools, and to distinguish between various colors of wiring.

16. Interpersonal and oral communication skills to interact, collaborate and provide instruction.

17. Familiarity with circuitry, wiring and splicing

18. Working knowledge of health and safety standards

19. Proficiency with cloud-based data storage, and Microsoft office tools.

20. Experience in asset management software and tracking.

21. Ability to train on warehouse equipment such as Forklift.

JOB DUTIES:

1. Receive assignments from direct Manager and follow through with completion and reporting the status.

2. Provide backup to the Manager to ensure all assignments and deadlines are met within the department needs.

3. Provide Coverage to the Manger when sent out to suppliers, job sites, or scheduled time off.

4. Assist with all maintenance, cleaning, testing, repair, construction, and inventory of all equipment and associated components.

5. Assist Manager in setting up and calibrating electronics systems by following schematics and diagrams.

6. Assist Manager with troubleshooting problems with electronics and making necessary repairs.

7. Conduct service checks and performing routine maintenance to keep electronics functioning properly.

8. Assist Manager in communicating with operators, engineers, and inspectors to understand problems and provide progress updates.

9. Assist Manger in demonstrations on the safe use, operation, and maintenance of equipment.

10. Assist in the ordering or producing parts needed to make repairs and complete maintenance.

11. Assist in maintaining logs that provide dates and details of repairs and maintenance performed as well as a preventive maintenance schedule.

12. Assist in training and overseeing warehouse personnel for assistance in cleaning electronics.

13. Adhering to health and safety rules and regulations

14. Train with the PbG Automaton team for all PbG's automation equipment and provide assistance to the team when directed by Manager.

15. Train on all PbG Shaedawn production and QA equipment and perform all PM's, maintenance and repairs as required.

16. Participate in the development and generation of test procedures necessary to maintain all equipment in good working status.

17. Follow all standard procedures for the department.

18. Help maintain the organization of shipping and receiving for all required electronics equipment as each packing list is received for displays.

19. Maintain a clean and safe work area following all established policies and procedures.

20. Perform cycle counts and inventory audits of electronics equipment as needed.

21. Participate in the development, design, manufacture, test, deployment and support of electronic components or systems.

22. When necessary, assist the warehouse personnel with loading and unloading trucks.

23. When necessary, assist the warehouse personnel with inventories.

24. When necessary, assist the warehouse personnel with verification of incoming shipments.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

2. Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the warehouse.

3. Ability to safely operate a forklift. and operate warehouse equipment.

4. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk/worktable and working on a computer.
