Description WORK STYLE DESIGNATION: Onsite EXPECTED PAY RANGE: $24.04 - 33.06 per hour This pay range is for the position's base salary only. This position may be eligible for other compensation including incentive pay and/or allowances. Candidates will receive additional information during the interview and selection process. POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for day-to-day technical support of end user workstation hardware, software, networked peripheral devices and networking software; monitoring the Service Desk system and resolving or escalating tickets; and performing computer hardware replacement and data transfer.
