To learn more about working at the SFPUC, visit our career site at Job DescriptionUnder the general direction of the Commission President and General Manager, the Director of Commission Affairs of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) manages the Commission office; prepares for and assists with the facilitation of Commission meetings; maintains official Commission documents; serves as liaison between the Commission and SFPUC enterprises and bureaus staff, other city departments, outside agencies, and the public as necessary; and performs related duties as assigned. Essential Functions:
Education: Possession of aBachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university, AND Experience: Three (3) years of full-time professional experience supporting a public governing body (e.g., commission board, city council, supervisors, health system), and/or executive team in a public agency. Substitution: May substitute degree with qualifying experience on a year-for-year basis.
