Assistant Project Manager, Construction

Job Summary:
Provides project support to one or more internal/External Project Manager.

This position is onsite in SF 4x a week (hybrid role).

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Attend and distribute notes for weekly OAC project calls and bi-weekly Operations meeting.
* Participate in weekly RE-SD Meetings and SD calendar mtgs.
* Provide cost estimate support for new RE transmittals.
* Create/Prepare for monthly REC meetings.
* Create draft schedules for projects and maintain overall schedule tracker for portfolio.
* Review weekly finance updates for brand portfolio.
* Manage LL Direct Pay/Top 5 Vendor process for associated projects.
* Assist PM in change order requests and approvals.
* Assist PM with weekly tango approvals.
* Conduct monthly review of brand portfolio costs and report findings to Director.
* Coordinate new requests during turnover and post opening.
* Assist PM in managing projects to include:
o Real Estate kick-off call
o Cost estimates
o Work letter negotiation
o Construction exhibit/lease review
o Scheduling
o Review and qualify bids
o Bid commitments and PCR's
o R&M hand-off mtgs
* Complete project closeout and archiving
* Assist PM on ad hoc projects.
* May travel up to 10% of the time.

Skills/Knowledge:
* Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management or related field
* Knowledge of Retail Construction Industry
* Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft project
* Excellent organization and communication skills

The expected starting pay range for this position is $60,300-$71,500. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
