Design applications for inbound and outbound campaign implementation. Collaborate with stakeholders to promote the platform and unlock capabilities in the Marketing stack. Identify tasks and responsibilities for PEGA implementation. Design interfaces using REST API, File Listener, Message Queue (MQ), SOAP UI, Apache Tomcat, and Source Control tool (code repository). Monitor all phases of Outbound campaign execution from segment determination to channel delivery. Manage PEGA code releases (rulesets) from one environment to the next. Design and configure rules, flows, propositions, and Decision Logic using JIRA and Agile Scrum software. Communicate technical concepts, problems and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences. Manage Data access within PEGA application. Develop solutions using PEGA platform, PEGA Log Analyzer, PEGA AES (Monitoring), and PEGA Decisioning and Marketing frameworks. Design applications using SQL, Java, JSON, XML, and HTML. PEGA Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA), and PEGA Certified Decisioning Consultant certificates are required.

Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer, Solution Architect, System Architect, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 6 years designing and building solutions using PEGA platform, PEGA Log Analyzer, PEGA AES (Monitoring), and PEGA Decisioning and Marketing frameworks; designing applications using SQL, Java, JSON, XML, and HTML; designing interfaces using REST API, File Listener, Message Queue (MQ), SOAP UI, Apache Tomcat, and Source Control tool (code repository); utilizing JIRA and Agile Scrum software. PEGA Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA), and PEGA Certified Decisioning Consultant certificates are required. Must have the ability to work from home.
