We are currently seeking a Business Analysis - Data to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Responsibilities:

- Conduct full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design. Business analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities.

- Produce Data maps between source and target systems.

- Interpret data and analyze results.

- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.

- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.

- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.

- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.

- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Project co-ordination.

Basic Qualifications:

- 3 years of Interpreting data and analyzing results.

- 3 years in Data mapping projects

- 3 years of SQL

- Project coordination

Preferences/Nice to have:

- Life insurance industry experience

- System migrations

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
