Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: - Must have a positive attitude & able to work safely - Batch wet concrete via computer batch plant control systems - Safely perform all the duties and actively participate in safety programs - Responsible for batch plant equipment and site maintenance - Maintain raw material inventories - Able to operate loader & skid steer in a safe and efficient manner - Ability to manage and train concrete delivery drivers Compensation: $32.79HR-$35.29/HR
Minimum Qualifications:
Previous ready mix or wet batch plant experience preferred - Must have good organizational, communication, and writing skills - Need basic computer and math skills and a willingness to embrace new technology - Must be able to maintain work flow in area of responsibility - Must be able to handle challenging and difficult situations - Basic knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems are a plus - Must be reliable & dependable and work well with others team members
