About the role Reporting to the Facility Manager, the Maintenance Manager you will provide functional leadership and direction to the maintenance team. This position will report directly to the Facility Manager. The individual must be a proven leader who can provide vision and leadership to achieve daily, yearly and long-term asset reliability goals through application of Maintenance best practices site wide. Must possess a core value system which matches Reworld Waste's. The individual must have a good working knowledge of maintenance, reliability, mechanical integrity, and quality assurance best practices. The position has direct reports including Mechanics, Welders, Electrical & Instrumentation Technicians, Maintenance Planner, and Storekeeper. Position Responsibilities:
