The Advertising Strategist is the digital advertising expert counted on by all stakeholders in a group to create, execute, and report on advanced multi-channel media strategies. They are knowledgeable and experienced in advertising products, industry trends, and are looking to optimize and test new strategies that help a group achieve their business goals. They own gathering group goals around desired audiences, performance benchmarks, and ensuring expected ROI and value is delivered at each tier of a client organization.

Responsible for product delivery and optimizationfor key customers, required to hit revenue/retention targets, responsible for advertising performance and alignment to clientgoals.

Education & Experience

  • 4-6 Years' managing complex advertising strategies.
  • 4-6 years' experience and Expert level abilities with Google Ads, Social, and Microsoft Ads
  • 4-6 Years client facing advertising agency account management experience
  • 3+ years' experience managing digital video and social advertising
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics Certifications Required
  • Strong working knowledge of entire Microsoft suite, advanced knowledge with Excel & PowerPoint and CRM management experience

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Create advanced digital advertising strategies that drive customer business success
  • Influence customer brand positioning and ad messaging while targeting the proper audience
  • Own retention efforts for all clients, as well as coordination of save process for any cancellation or client risk
  • Ensures advertising strategy is integrated into greater group product driven strategies
  • Monitor and analyze campaigns and make regular proactive changes to improve account performance
  • Identify and present new opportunities/areas of growth to client that will improve account's ability to achieve desired outcomes
  • Bring competitive and industry insights and media sales experience to flawlessly execute data-driven optimizations across potentially large and complex accounts
  • Forecasts market trends and utilizes them to inform customer strategies
  • Gather, analyze, and organize complex information, conduct comparative analyses, make recommendations supported by identified facts, and present clear recommendations to clients
  • Create custom presentations to maintain post-sales activities with a goal to increase advertising product adoption and customer connection to ROAS
  • Complete competitive client analysis to drive customer advantages in advertising performance and strategy
  • Own launches of new advertising products and ensure proper integration into customer strategy
  • Responsible for corporate and rooftop level communication plans and engagement
  • Leverage account team strategies and knowledge to drive client satisfaction
