Typical Day in the Life

Leading the development of high-quality creative concepts and visual strategies that effectively communicate the brand message and firm's value proposition to varied audiences while ensuring alignment with brand standards and guidelines across all touch points.
• Collaborating closely with marketing teams to conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns, from initial ideation to final implementation, bringing new, innovative ideas and smart questions to every project.
• Mentoring and inspiring a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback to foster their growth and development, while delegating work based on their unique strengths and overseeing the quality and direction of their output.
• Taking ownership of the visual appearance and user experience (UX) of the company website and digital platforms, ensuring that content and design elements align with brand guidelines and contribute to an intuitive, seamless, and engaging user journey.
• Overseeing and actively participating in the creation of compelling visual assets, including graphics, illustrations, animations, print collateral, digital assets, event visuals and experiences, and more for use in various marketing materials and channels, including internal firm audiences.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
• Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in design and visual arts, integrating relevant insights into creative strategies.
• Ensures timely and accurate performance on assigned projects.
• Maintains compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines.
• Other related duties as assigned, requested, and relevant.

Who You Are

• You have 10+ years of demonstrated progressive experience in a creative role, such as graphic designer, art director, illustrator, or visual artist. Creative agency experience strongly preferred.
• You have a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts or a related field required, or equivalent experience and training.
• You have a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects and campaigns, with a focus on visual storytelling and brand building.
• You can manage multiple projects from concept to completion, while remaining informed about industry, competitor, and technology trends, and incorporating relevant insights and information into creative executions.
• You have expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• You are a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• You possess leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members, delegate work, manage time well, and set priorities for themselves and others.
• You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• You are proficient with computers, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and using various software packages.

Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without visa sponsorship.

Benefits and Compensation

Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.

Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000
