NOTE: The deadline to apply for this dynamic opportunity is May 10th, 2024 at 5:00 pm ET.WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (Job Overview): The Vice President, International Services/Service to the Armed Forces oversees all business operations that support International Services (IS)/Service to the Armed Forces (SAF). The VP, IS/SAF is the advisor to executive leadership and management team and provides support in facilitating effective decision-making and is responsible for finance and budget, grants administration, information management, logistics, personnel support, strategic planning and project management. The VP IS/SAF will direct the coordination of internal staff actions and requests for staff action, policy, and engagement between NHQ and the field and is accountable for assigning priority of work based upon the strategic goals and guidance established by the Senior Vice President. In addition, the VP IS/SAF is responsible for the timely planning and execution of strategic plans for the business/functional unit and will provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers. This is a remote position where the preferred candidate can reside anywhere in the United States. Travel: 25% for in-person meetings and to deploy as needed. *Combination of candidate's education and general experience satisfies requirements so long as the total years equate to description's minimum education and general experience years combined (Management experience cannot be substituted). PAY INFORMATION: The salary range for this position is $175,000-$210,000. Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role.
