In this role, you will:




  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to understand requirements and design appropriate solutions.



  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.



  • Design Omniscripts to create guided workflows and seamless user experiences.



  • Develop data raptors, integration procedures, and calculation procedures to support Omniscript functionalities.



  • Implement FlexCards for displaying data and creating responsive user interfaces.



  • Customize Salesforce objects and fields to support Omniscript functionality.



  • Configure and maintain Omnistudio components, including cards, templates, and layouts.



  • Integrate Omniscripts with external systems and Salesforce APIs (e.g., MuleSoft).



  • Ensure seamless data flow between Omniscripts and other Salesforce components.



  • Conduct unit testing and support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).



  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing phases using tools such as Gearset.



  • Deploy Omniscripts and related components across different Salesforce environments using tools like Gearset.



  • Provide ongoing maintenance and support for Omniscript solutions.



  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.



  • Document any changes or enhancements made to existing Omniscripts.



  • Work closely with other Salesforce developers, administrators, and IT team members to ensure integrated solutions.



  • Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to explain technical concepts and solutions.



  • Stay updated with Salesforce Omnistudio updates and best practices.



  • Continuously improve Omniscript solutions to enhance performance, scalability, and user experience.




Who You Are:




  • 4+ years of experience in Omniscript/Vlocity Financial Services Cloud Development.



  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, Omnistudio, and related components.



  • Experience with data raptors, integration procedures, calculation procedures, and FlexCards.



  • Proficiency in customizing Salesforce objects and fields.



  • Experience with integration tools and APIs, particularly MuleSoft.



  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.



  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.



  • Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.


  • Solution Development:

    • Develop and configure OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
    • Implement custom solutions using Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
    • Ensure the developed solutions meet business requirements and are of high quality.


  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with solution architects, business analysts, and other developers.
    • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
    • Provide estimates for development tasks and contribute to project planning.


  • Code Quality:

    • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
    • Conduct unit testing and participate in peer code reviews.
    • Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
