Job Summary

Serves as a liaison to hotel guests and provides assistance wherever needed to ensure excellent customer service and overall customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Carries and labels guests’ luggage
  • Keeps building clutter-free
  • Runs errands for employees and guests
  • Takes care of minor technical issues
  • Vacuums, sweeps, and mops floors
  • Calls technicians for hotel repairs, as needed
